Salt – to taste
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Maida – 1 tsp
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
Tomato puree – 200 ml
Sugar – 1 tsp
Water – as required
Fresh cream – 1/2 cup

For paratha
Maida – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Water – to knead
Oil – 1 tbsp
Oil for spreading – 1 tbsp
Oil to cook

For cutlet
Poha/rice flakes – 1/2 cup
Water – as required
Oil – 2 tsp
Green chilli – 2
Carrot – 1 small
French beans – 2
Salt – to taste
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – 2 tsp
Onion powder – 1 tsp
Frozen peas – 1/4 cup
Coriander – 2 tbsp
Boiled potatoes – 4
Maida – 1/4 cup
Corn starch – 1/4 cup
Yellow food colour – pinch
Water – for making batter
Bread crumbs – for coating
Oil – to fry

For assembling
Capsicum – few juliennes
Makhani sauce
Cutlets
Parathas
Butter – to toast
