Anuloma Viloma means ‘Breathing through Alternate Nostril’. It is also known as Nadi Shodhana Pranayama. This Pranayama purifies the Nadis (energy pathways) in the body. Regular practice of this Pranayama will make the mind calm and relaxed. It cleanses the nadis and so the energy flow to all the body parts improves. It also helps to relax the mind and the heart.
