I always say you need to know and understand a little about strength and your body before you dive into an INVERSION!

THINGS NOT to do:
1. Don’t ARCH your back! (banana backs are NOT COOL)
2. DON’T USE MOMENTUM!
3. DON]T USE YOUR FLEXIBILITY.
4. WEIGHT SHOULD NOT BE ON YOUR NECK!

THINGS you should do,
1. Enter with a calm mind.
2. the weight should be on the CROWN of your head.
3. USE your core and shoulers to lift you up.
4. MAKE SURE YOUR FOUNDATION IS STRONG and that will carry you up.

This boho beautiful yoga class is great for all levels however intermediate levels will have an easier times in certain pictures. With that said, if you are a beginner feel free to take as many modifications as needed. If you are more advanced, feel free to move and flow through this yoga practice at whatever pace you like.

This full body yoga class for toning and flexibility is the perfect mixture of standing asanas, movement and posture transitions that will allow you to not only increase your flexibility but also stimulate the metabolism, strengthen your lower body, and allow you to connect deeper with your inner self. This is the perfect practice to welcome the sunset or sunrise which will give you the opportunity to disconnect and reconnect with all that’s within.
