A course for IndeaYoga Level 2 Teachers. A sadhana for physical, mental and spiritual growth of the sadhaka (teacher). Through a meticulous and precisely engineered 21 day routine learn and gain the mastery of the Body, Breath and Mind. Under the guidance of Bharath Ji overcome your limitations and fears.
The day starts with early morning kriyas(cleansing and purification techniques) that are jal neti, sutra, neti, mukha douthi, agnisara which is followed by the 90 minute hatha or ashtanga practice, after the savasana we proceed to a 60 minute pranayama practice and then have the first meal of the day at 9 am, the mid day consists of various levels of self study and work such as a personalised reading time, meditation and also a teachers sharing circle. We begin the evening led advanced asana practice after a short mid day break after which we consume our second meal of the day in the evening, followed by chanting and yoga philosopy. The day ends with a final kriya known as Trataka (candle gazing).
