This at home exercise routine is good for people who want a challenging workout for the arms and glutes like one found at a boutique studio. I went through 2 routines – both were around 10 minutes long. Afterwards, my muscles were shaking from total exertion. We’re targeting abs, butt, thighs, legs, back, and arms. And of course, channeling Supergirl confidence along the way! Let’s get strong! Plank single swims
Tricep pushup to down dog
Lunging pull downs
