**Going out of our comfort zone is what makes us progress and become stronger!**
We challenged ourselves with the most popular Youtube workouts. The videos are our first approach to these workouts. Forgive us our mistakes and sometimes not the best posture, but we wanted it to be as real as possible, 🙏👍 and have our first impression of this workout with the fitness level we are in that moment. No cheating 👍💪
This kind of workouts, although mostly very basic and simple exercises are not what we use to train. Because for the last few years our regular training is Kung Fu in China at @Qufu Shaolin Kung Fu School in China ( – another type of movement and exercises.

hi friends! so I tried the 21 day tone challenge by Blogilates Cassey Ho! I have done some of Blogilates challenge videos in the past (as well as Chloe Ting and Pamela Reif challenge videos) but this one was by far my favorite. I saw REAL results both internally and externally. I definitely recommend the #21daytone if you are looking to get started with your health and fitness journey! It is a very beginner friendly workout plan/ pilates workout plan.
