My abs and core feel rock solid after this quick routine! 15 minutes ab and core workout to target all muscles of the abs and to strengthen your core!
A perfect finisher after any workout, particularly strength and cardio and great for those active rest days too combined with some cardio if you are being active!
The timer is on for 45 seconds continuously with no specific rest period, however it may take a couple of seconds to get into position for next exercise.
All you need is your mat!
