Litti Chokha ingredients:
Sattu ke liye
Jaun – 1/2 cup
Roasted chana – 2 cups
Jeera powder – 1 tsp

Atta – 2 cups
Namak
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Ghee – 2-3 tbsp

Filling ke liye
Sattu – 1.5 to 2 cups
Hara dhaniya – 2 tbsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Lehsun – 1 tbsp
Hari mirch – 2-3
Namak
Pyaaz – 1
Nimbu ka ras – 1

Chutney
Tamatar – 2
Lehsun – 10-12
Namak
Lal mirch – 4-5

Chokha
Baingan – 1
Tamatar – 2
Uble hue aloo – 2
Hara dhaniya – 2 tbsp
Lehsun – 1 tbsp
Adrak – 1 inch
Kala namak – 1/2 tsp

Litti Chokha In Gas Flame – Sattu Bihari Recipe Without Oven – CookingShooking

In this video, we will make Litti Chokha, which is a very popular meal from Bihar, UP and regions around. Litti is made with Atta Dumplings stuffed with Sattu Filling, roasted over Goitha or Charcoal and then dipped in ghee. These are served with Aloo-Baingan/Brinjal Mash, which is chokha and a garlic chutney. Today, we will make the litti chokha at home, in an easy method without using coal.

Recipe Ingredients:
Atta – 2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Carom Seeds – 1 tsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Water – to make a dough

For Garlic Chutney –
Soaked red Chili – 10
Garlic peeled cloves – 10
Roasted Tomato – 3
Salt – 1 tsp

For Filling –
Sattu / Coarse Roasted Besan – 2 cup
Coriander Leaves – 2-3 tbsp chopped
Green Chilli – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Onion – ½ cup finely chopped
Ginger – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 2 tbsp
Black Salt – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 ½ tsp
Amchoor – 1 tsp
Onion Seeds / Kalonji – 1 tsp
Carom Seeds – ½ tsp
Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp

For Chokha
Potato – Boiled – 2 big / 4 med
Onion – 1 cup
Garlic – 1 tbsp
Green Chili – 1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander – 4 tbsp
Ginger – ½ tbsp
Onion Seeds – Kalonji – 1 tsp
Black Salt – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Amchoor – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Tomato – 2 Roasted

Ghee – ½ cup for dipping
