According to Forbes Elon Musk, the CEO and founder of Tesla and SpaceX is the most innovative person in the world for the consecutive second time this year. And that is very clear of the unbelievable success he has achieved in business. Ten years ago, people considered him a reckless man with extravagant ideas. In 2008, his company Tesla collapsed during the financial crisis. Now Tesla is one of the most successful niche car companies in producing electric cars, all due to the fact that Elon Musk persevered and was determined. He has done what was thought to be impossible 10 years ago. But he has no plans of stopping soon.
——————————————————————————————-
Elon Musk believes that day by day the technology is only getting better and better. Things are developing so fast that the future might be filled with Exponential tech advances that would change the world. In the future, we will have video games so realistic that it would be difficult for us to tell the difference between games and reality. From self driving tunnel networks to brain controlled computers, we’re going to look at how Elon Musk and his technology will take us forward and creating the city of the future. Elon says that we always want the future to be better than the past. A future that is exciting and one that the people would want to live in. A few decades ago a lot of technological advances seemed unimaginable but today they are our new normal, life without them is unimaginable. So let’s look at what would Elon Musk’s city of future look like.

So how will we get from one city to another in Elon’s future city? It’s hard to imagine being able to fly from New York City to Shanghai in 39 minutes or from Sydney to London in an hour. But this is something that Elon and SpaceX are working on. Elon compares Space Rockets to airplanes saying that if you do not reuse a plane, it would cost up to 250 million dollars to fly one way but because we can reuse them tens of thousand of times, it becomes affordable. The same is true for Space Rockets. A SpaceX rocket costs about 57 million dollars and if the rocket is reused a thousand times it nearly costs 57 thousand dollars per flight and by carrying people, we can get the price of a rocket flight down to the price of an economy flight ticket. The starship rocket is being developed to take people to mars, it can also transport people from city to city. In a 2017 interview Elon said that he is working for this to become a reality in the next 10 years and if you can carry people, you can also carry cargo which means a super fast delivery for people. Another way of getting packages fast from one part of the country to another will be by Electric semi trucks being developed by Tesla. These semi trucks require a driver but in the future we will see entirely driverless version of these and making deliveries and making the transportation cheaper. Also these trucks will be good for environment because 25% of greenhouse gases come from the trucking industry. Though these ideas seem far fetched and Elon has planned to make them possible in the next 10 to 12 years. There is yet another way that Elon plans to develop, and that is transportation via hyper loop. Elon Musk asks that when you think about a new transportation system, what would you want ideally? You will want something that would cost half the price to travel, would be twice as fast, cannot crash and immune to weather. To make this possible Elon is working on the idea of Hyperloop, which will take about 12 minutes to travel from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and will also be powered by solar panels. There will be Hyperloop stations inside cities, making it easier and faster to travel.

The Future Technology To Become Immortal

The Future Technology To Become Immortal

Undoubtedly the fear of death, encoded in our DNA to improve our chances of survival, is one of the least pleasant characteristics we are forced to live with. The idea that our life must have an end and then there is nothingness is not at all attractive, so it is not surprising that in the course of his history man has imagined countless ways to circumvent death.
Immortality (or eternal life) is the concept of surviving forever or for an indefinite period of time, without facing death or overcoming death itself.

Immortality can be intended in two main meanings, physical and spiritual. Physical immortality is generally conceived as the endless existence of the mind from a physical source, such as a brain or a computer. Spiritual immortality is generally conceived as the endless existence of an individual after physical death.

From things in the air, to new things for our bodies, join me as we explore 2050: What Would Be The Future Technology?
We are in the year 2020, and if we’re being honest with ourselves, technology is incredible advanced, and we’re making strides that can push things even farther. We have cars that are much safer than they’ve been in the past decade, and we’re even making fully electric cars that can help save the planet. There are even plans for self-driving cars and even self-driving Ubers that make the future of transportation very exciting. And that’s just ONE technology that we’re growing at a fast rate. What about all the others that are out there? What will technology be like as we get closer and closer to 2050?
Let’s start with one that well and truly could happen very soon, drones. ”
Let’s keep going with transportation, shall we? Right now, one of the biggest ways to get around the countries we live in are trains. Trains ferry people and all sorts of cargo around in an efficient and reliable manner, which is why they’ve been in use for hundreds of years. But…if we’re being honest here, while trains are efficient and reliable in certain ways…they aren’t exactly fast. Especially when it comes to passenger and freight trains. They can take a LONG time to get to their destinations and at times it’s more logical to take other modes of transportation.
Which is why companies are making special kinds of trains that can go MUCH faster. You know of the magnetic trains of Japan no doubt, but others like the V. Hyperloop are trying to push things even farther.
“Passengers or cargo are loaded into the hyperloop vehicle and accelerate gradually via electric propulsion through a low-pressure tube. The vehicle floats above the track using magnetic levitation and glides at airline speeds for long distances due to ultra-low aerodynamic drag.”
Science-fiction? Hardly, in fact, the first vehicle of the Hyperloop has already been tested and proven, and some larger tests are being scheduled for the next few years. And if this works, traveling across the country will be MUCH faster. How much faster? The hyperloop aims to send people shooting across the tubes that they make at a rate of about 600 miles per hour.

Ok, we’ve had some fun ones, but now let’s go deeper down the rabbit hole and talk about the ones we all fear…A.I. Yep, artificial intelligence, and no matter what way you look at it, people are seriously trying to make it happen, and make it happen soon. AI’s are literally everywhere, including in your cars, and in your homes via devices like Alexa (which are indeed forms of AI), and there are things like Watson that is so smart that it could beat two Jeopardy Legends.

Mars seems to be the place where many feel we can go in order to live amongst the stars. And many speculate that by 2030 at the latest (barring setbacks, accidents, and other things obviously) we could not only be colonizing Mars, but having regular shuttles go there so that people can see the red planet for themselves.
“We will see first people going off to mars, and then robots will do some basic stuff like making basic materials [on Mars,]” Pearson said. “We’re going to have to do that because only so much can be brought to space.”
Of course, there are numerous things that need to be worked out before such a thing could happen, but we have “Top Men” on this, including Elon Musk and the Space X program, Jeff Bezos via his Blue Origin company and more.
Alright, now let’s dive into something REALLY sci-fi…prosthetics. Yeah, I know that RIGHT NOW prosthetics are very limited, and at times…a bit pointless. But IF we were able to fully utilize computer technology to its fullest and make prosthetics that are fully compatible with the human brain and body, then the sky is the limit. We could enter an age where cyborgs are not just welcome, they’re commonplace.

Think about it like this, what if the clothes you were wearing right now felt the same, looked the same, but could do more? With the growth of nanotechnology, your clothes could potentially be imbued with various materials or technologies that help you improve your strength, durability, and more.
virtual reality simulations come through as many expect them to, it could lead to all sorts of innovations in the classrooms that could help kids what’s going on.

What Will Happen By 2090!

I know it’s hard to look at the future and say exactly what’ll happen. If you think about it, we’re in 2020, but if you asked people in 1920 what today would look like? Yeah, their answers would be VASTLY different. Don’t forget that this point in time was supposed to be the “sci-fi” future that a lot of people envisioned (we’re already past Back To The Future for example). So in truth, there is no real way of knowing what’s going to happen between now and 2100. However, there are things that we can predict, try to acknowledge as likely, and see what humanity might just accomplish.
So let’s start off with the very near future. Mainly, 2021. It’s in this year that the James Webb Telescope is expected to launch. So…what is it?
“The James Webb Space Telescope is the most ambitious and complex astronomical project ever built, and bringing it to life is a long, meticulous process.
So basically, the reason that we need this telescope/observatory is because without it, we will be unable to observe a large part of the universe that we can only speculate on right now with the other devices we have. P
. And so in the VERY near future, we could have a greater understanding of our universe. Which is perfect, because also in 2021 we’re allegedly going to get the first “space hotel”.
No, really.
“We are launching the first-ever affordable luxury space hotel,” said Orion Span founder and CEO Frank Bunger, who unveiled the Aurora Station to the world.

Another thing you can bet on is our desire to go back to the moon, which allegedly is going to happen in 2023. Which would mean that if successful, it would’ve been about 50 years between the current (2023) and last (1976) manned moon mission. Don’t get me wrong, we’ve launched MANY thing to the moon between that time period, but a manned mission to land on the moon? Not so much.

And now…for the event that I’m sure you want to talk about…getting to Mars. SpaceX is leading the charge on this one, as they’re endeavoring to send humans to Mars in the year 2024. Or more accurately, the mission to Mars will START in 2024, and they’ll likely land therein 2025.
The goal of this “first phase” of the mission is simple, he wants to get the people to Mars (call that Step 1) and then see how they’re able to interact on the planet, how well the cargo supplies hold up, and of course, set up the first “home” on the planet.

Elon Musk intends to have a livable base, generators that will run off of various power sources on Mars to ensure they don’t run out of power, and more.
. So obviously SpaceX, NASA and many others are working together to try and suss out all the kinks and possibilities to give this launch and mission one of the smoothest things around.
What we’re also hoping to be smooth is an event going on in 2029, less than a decade from now we’re going to have a close encounter of the asteroid kind. Specifically a rock called 99942 Apophis that was detected all the way back in 2004 and predicted to potentially hit the Earth in 2029. This has since been toned down to saying that it’ll pass by Earth just 20,000 miles above the surface. Which is still REALLY close, but barring something happening, we don’t have to worry about us getting hit.

Halley’s Comet is known as a “short period comet”, as it circles the confines of space, and then arrives back at Earth every 75-76 years. So if you’re lucky, you could see it twice in a lifetime.
Now, in 2069, another very important NASA mission is said to happen, but you can take this one with a grain of salt because of advances in technology happening right now. You see, NASA wants to send a craft to the place known as Alpha Centauri. Alpha Centauri is a place that you may have heard about because it’s a place where it’s said that a very Earth-like planet resides. The problem is that it’s over 4 light years away and in our quickest ship it would take tens of thousands of years to reach there…not fun.
I mentioned, there is a project being made right now that could send things to Alpha Centauri a LOT fast, and it’s set to launch in the next decade or so. Thus, if it works…we could have a look at the system a lot sooner. Time will tell.
From a look to the stars, to the remains of our world, 2095 (based on current calculations) will be a devastating year for Earth because of the fact that we’ll have cut down the entire Amazon Rainforest.
As for 2100, if we reach that point, our population will be over 11 billion (overpopulation)
