For 21 days, I followed Blogilates #21daytone challenge for 21 days and this is what happened. I had to take a before and after photo, I had to drink 64 oz of water, replace refined carbs with veggies, replace sugary and processed foods with fruits, and workout for at least 21 minutes for 21 days.
I am incredibly proud of myself and how far I went in these 21 days, I never thought I would ever complete a challenge. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about losing weight or anyone who has no idea where to start, to try this challenge. I promise you, you’ll feel great at the end of the challenge!
