Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2.5 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Kasoori methi-1 tbsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Black cardamom-1
Green cardamom-2
Black pepper-4
Green chilly-2
Garlic-8-10 cloves
Ginger-2 inch
