In May we went to Samara, Costa Rica to shoot some more videos, disconnect from our usually overwhelming concrete jungle in Toronto Canada, and reconnect with the planet. We met some great people, ate tons of healthy & amazing vegan food, and played with lots of dogs. And horses. And pigs. And Monkeys. ♥
It’s really exciting because some of you have been asking about tips on how to shoot your own fitness & yoga videos and this will show you that you just have to get out there and do it, just like we do. If you want to do something, the only thing holding you back is you!

The world we live in is a beautiful place, I can’t emphasize enough how much I believe that we have to travel… not to escape life but to make sure life doesn’t escape us. Its just that I don’t believe in vacations, I believe in experiences. So get yourself out there and create some memories, see the world, and love deeply.
