Ye rahe ingredients:

Mawa – 1.5 liter milk se bana ~ 270g
Channa / Soft Paneer – 500 ml milk se bana ~ 80g
Maida – ¼ cup
Milk powder – ¼ cup (optional)
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Sugar / Cheeni – 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder / Elaichi – ½ tsp
Pani – soft karne ke liye
Pista + Sugar mixed well – 2 tbsp

Sugar / Cheeni – 2 cups / 400g
Water / Paani – 2 cups
Kesar – thora sa
Rose Water / Gulab Jamun – 1 tsp

Ghee – gulab jamun talne ke liye

Maida – 200g / 1 1/2 cup
Milk Powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Garlic Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp + 1 tsp

For Sauce – Harrissa
Lal Sukhi Mirch – 8
Garlic – 3-4 cloves
Hara Dhania – 1 tbsp
Shahi Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Nimbu ka Ras – 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Mayonnaise – 1/3 cup

For Domino’s Jaisi Masala Paneer –

Haldi Powder, Lal Mirch Powder, Garam Masala,
Salt, Kasoori Methi, GG Paste, Oil

Butter – 3 tbsp brushing ke lie

2 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper / sichuan peppercorns

¾ cup garlic
2 liter Water
100g Red CHilli
1.5 inch ginger
1 tbsp stems coriander
½ cup oil
2 tsp citric acid
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp cinnamon
2.5 cup water
5 tbsp corn flour
