Natural Belly Slimming Detox Water Recipe



This is the Detox Water recipe I use to slim down before photoshoots and big events! You should drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of this Natural Belly Slimming Detox Water a day, a week out from your shoot! Here’s the recipe:

For a 24oz serving:

– 3-4 mint leaves
– 2-3 slices of orange
– 2 slices of lemon
– 2-3 slices of cucumber
– 24 fl oz of ice cold water

Let the fruits and veggies sit in ice cold water in the fridge overnight or for a couple hours at least to get maximum benefits.

Today’s Supergirl themed PIIT28 is designed to improve your posture and help you look taller and reach your maximum height. Meanwhile, we’ll be working EVERYTHING! We’re targeting abs, butt, thighs, legs, back, and arms. And of course, channeling Supergirl confidence along the way! Let’s get strong! You never know when the world might need another superhero like you!

Your moves:

Super girl lifts

Super mario right

Walnut crushers

Super mario left

Plank single swims

Tricep pushup to down dog

Lunging pull downs

Gigi Hadid has risen to super fame as a supermodel in the age of social media, alongside famous pals like Kendall Jenner. Remember how awesome she looked as a Victoria’s Secret Angel?

She was born with a body made for what what we’ve been conditioned to believe is a “runway body” – but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t work hard to keep herself fit. So, I wanted to give Gigi Hadid’s on-the-go travel workout a try! I mean, I’m all about that no equipment life!

WARM-UP

Do 2 sets of the below moves without rest to get your core temperature up, muscles loose, and heart racing.

1) Jumping Jacks — 25 reps
2) High Knees — 25 reps
3) Bodyweight Squats — 10 reps
4) Alternating Forward Lunges — 20 reps

WORKOUT

Do 2 sets of the following moves, without resting in between.

1) Push-ups — 10 reps
2) Tricep Dips — 10 reps
3) Sit-ups — 10 reps
4) Wall Sits — 30 seconds
5) Squat Jumps — 15 reps
6) Single-Leg Calf Raises — 15 reps

CARDIO & CORE FINISHER

Do 1 set without rest.

1) Mountain climbers — 30 seconds
2) Burpees — 30 seconds
3) Plank — 30 seconds
4) V-ups — 30 seconds
