Vinyasa Flow is the style of yoga I practice the most and I absolutely love it, but it can take a toll on your wrists and shoulders! Whether you’re currently injured or just want to give your joints a bit of a break, this class will take you through a strong Vinyasa Flow class without doing any poses that put pressure on your hands! This means no plank poses, no downward dogs, no chaturangas and no table top poses. Every now and then you might need to put your fingers on the floor to help you go from sitting to standing but that’s about it. This is a great opportunity to strengthen the lower body and change up your normal yoga routine!

In the midst of our video shoots for you guys we love experiencing as much of the world as possible. We did an amazing drive from Samara to Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica and hit up some amazing hidden gems that Costa Rica has to offer. An experience that is truly unforgettable.
I know I say it a lot but seriously Costa Rica is my favourite place in the world. If you guys ever get the chance to check it out I highly recommend it. The energy, the people, and the nature will simply blow you away.
Travel, create memories, and see what the world has to offer. Life is too precious not to.
