Today’s workout is one of my faves…legs and butt!! Throughout today’s routine, we’re gonna strengthen the hips, glutes, side butt, underbutt, hamstrings, quads, inner thighs, and outer thighs! All you need is a chair for support cuz this whole workout is standing!
Remember, this video is your FULL workout for the day, warm up and cool down stretches included! 10 moves. One minute each. We’re gonna do the whole routine 2x through cause I know you guys can do it!!

My abs and core feel rock solid after this quick routine! 15 minutes ab and core workout to target all muscles of the abs and to strengthen your core!
A perfect finisher after any workout, particularly strength and cardio and great for those active rest days too combined with some cardio if you are being active!
The timer is on for 45 seconds continuously with no specific rest period, however it may take a couple of seconds to get into position for next exercise.

Here’s a 7-Minute BLACKPINK Inspired PILATES Workout (NO EQUIPMENT)! I saw Jennie and Rosé doing some pilates poses and adapted their workout to make a home friendly pilates workout! Pilates improves flexibility, helps with toning/strengthening the muscles, and improves posture (might also help with weight loss).
