Amma and her helper Chechy helped me out🥰

Step by step Recipe 👇⁣⁣
🍃Wash and clean 500gms sardines and cut into pieces. ⁣⁣
🍃Add Thinly sliced 10 to 15 shallots, 4 to 5 green chillies, 2 tbsp of ginger and 2 tbsp garlic, 2 strings of Curry leaves , 1 tsp of turmeric powder , 1 tbsp chilli powder, 4 to 5 Kudampuli (soaked in water) and salt to taste. Mix really well ⁣⁣
🍃Add 3 cups of grated coconut and combine well with a bit of water. ⁣⁣
🍃Cook for 20 minutes with the lid closed. ⁣⁣
🍃If you want, do drizzle a bit of coconut oil and curry leaves at last. ⁣⁣
🍃Enjoy ❤️⁣
