In this video, we will make a spicy Mushroom Masala Curry Recipe, in restaurant style. This is Spicy Mushroom Matar Masala Gravy, a very popular main course dish served with breads like Garlic Naans.

Ingredients –
Button Mushrooms – 250g
Mustard oil – 2 tbsp
Cinnamon – 1 stick small
Cloves – 4-5
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Cashew nuts 2-3 tbsp
Onion – 2 Finely Chopped
Salt – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tsp (totally optional)
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ¾ tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – ¾ tsp
Garam Masala – 3/4 tsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Haldi – ¼ tsp
Besan – 1 tbsp
Matar – 2-3 tbsp frozen, or fresh with 1 tsp water
Dahi – ½ cup
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp
Tomatoes – 2-3 large chopped
Capsicum – ½ small cut long
Green Chilli – 2 slit
Coriander Chopped to garnish

Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast – (small pack)
Pizza Screen – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – much better than butter paper, and it is reusable –
Good NonStick Pan –
Whipping Cream –
Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
Microwave – (not good)
