Friends, today let’s make our favorite Maggi in 2 ways… Chinese Maggi , and Cheese Chilli Maggi in street style!

Ingredients for both recipe:
Chinese Maggi – How to Make ?
Chinese Maggi –
Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Oil – 2 tbsp
Schezwan Chutney – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Cabbage, Red Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Onion, Carrot – as per choice around 1 cup
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Maggi – 2 packets of Rs 12 each
Red Food Color – optional
Water – 1 – ½ glass
Spring Onion – to garnish

Chilly Cheese Maggi :
Oil – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 4 slits
Capsicum – 1 julienned
Salt – to taste
Water – 1 ½ glass
Coriander Chopped – 2 tbsp
White pepper powder – ½ tsp
Cheese Slices – 2
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp

Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast – (small pack)
Pizza Screen – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – much better than butter paper, and it is reusable –
Good NonStick Pan –
Whipping Cream –
Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
Microwave – (not good)
