In this video, there is mantras chanting before pranayam, than Sequence of Pranayam – Bhastrika Pranayam, Kapalbhati Pranayam, Bahya Pranayam, Agnisaar Kriya, Ujjayi Pranayam, Bhramari Pranayam, Udgeeth Pranayam. After that there is Yogic Jogging, Suryanamaskar, Dand-Baithak, ending with Asans.
CAUTION FOR PRANAYAM AND EXERCISE / VYAYAM:
1. All pranayams/exercises/asans are to be done slowly. They should not be done forcefully.
2. Acidity or Colitis Patients should not do Kapalbhati Fast.
3. If anyone is gone through any type of surgery, should not do Kapalbhati Pranayam, Kapalbhati Pranayam, Bahya Pranayam, Agnisaar Kriya for 1-2 years. They should only do Bhastrika Pranayam, Anulom Vilom Pranayam, Bhramari Pranayam, Udgeeth Pranayam very very slowly.
4. Patients of High Bp or heart or any other disease/old age person should do pranayam and vyayam (exercise) slowly. They should not do it fast.
5. Hernia Patients should not bend backwards and Bachache Patients should not bend frontal side or towards down. This rule is to be followed by them while doing any asan or any exercise.
6. Pregnant Women should not do Kapalbhati Pranayam, Bahya Pranayam, Agnisaar Kriya. Only few pranayam like Bhastrika Pranayam, Anulom Vilom Pranayam, Bhramari Pranayam should be done by Pregnant Women. They should only follow diet or Pranayam mentioned in Yog Vigyan Episode YOGA FOR PREGNANT WOMEN (by Swami Ramdevji).
7. Women should not do Kapalbhati Pranayam, Bahya Pranayam, Agnisaar Kriya during the time of Periods.
