15 Minute Fat Burning Home Workout (NO EQUIPMENT!)

If you have just minutes and are looking for a fat burning home workout that will get your heart pumping and have you breaking a sweat in no time, then this is the routine for you. Everyone at all levels of ability can perform this home workout. Beginners, intermediate and advanced fitness levels can do this and see results without needing any equipment and without having to go to any gym.

The workout is broken down into a follow along format. This means that you can do it along with the video. Rest indicators are included for the different ability levels and previews of the home fat burning exercises coming up are shown so you know what is coming up next and can prepare for it.

There are three major segments to this home fat burning workout. There is a lower body, upper body and core segment that are performed sequentially with only 30 seconds rest in between. The goal is to complete one round of them if you are attempting this at the beginner level, 2 rounds if attempting it at the intermediate fitness level and 3 total rounds if you are doing so at the advanced level.

If you need to rest during the period of any exercise you may be doing, you can, however it is best to try and gut it out and avoid stopping. Simply drop down to the ability level below the one you are doing it at if you are having trouble keeping up. The exercises are arranged in a way that they get easier as you move through the home workout sequence. Because there are no requirements for equipment in this no equipment bodyweight workout you should be able to transition from one to the next rather quickly.

Here are the specific exercises in this home fat burning workout.

Lower Body Segment:

Split Squat Lateral Hops x 15 sec (Beg), 20 sec (Int), 25 sec (Adv)
Ratchet Squats x 15 sec (Beg), 20 sec (Int), 25 sec (Adv)
Prisoner Walk Ups x 15 sec (Beg), 20 sec (Int), 25 sec (Adv)
Sidewinders x 30 seconds all levels

Rest 30 seconds and move onto Upper Body Segment

Upper Body Segment:

Hover Hops x 15 sec (Beg), 20 sec (Int), 25 sec (Adv)
Step Through Pushups x 15 sec (Beg), 20 sec (Int), 25 sec (Adv)
Pushup Toe Taps x 15 sec (Beg), 20 sec (Int), 25 sec (Adv)
Hover Pulses x 30 seconds all levels

Rest 30 seconds and move onto Core Segment

Core Segment:

Twisting Pistons x 15 sec (Beg), 20 sec (Int), 25 sec (Adv)
Black Widow Knee Slides x 15 sec (Beg), 20 sec (Int), 25 sec (Adv)
Lateral Mountain Climbers x 15 sec (Beg), 20 sec (Int), 25 sec (Adv)
V-Sit Pulses x 30 seconds all levels

Remember, your goal is to make it through the entire workout without having to rest at all during any of the exercise periods. This doesn’t mean that you should stop if you do. Just keep trying to get back in there as quickly as you can and, as your stamina improves, you will find that you will be able to do the entire home fat burning workout unbroken.

This home workout takes about 15 minutes you perform it at the intermediate level, 8 minutes if done at the beginner level and 22 minutes or so if you do it at the advanced level.

Keep attempting to move up a level if you are easily completing it at the current one.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s investigation took an unexpected twist when his family filed an FIR against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. The actress was accused of harassing late Sushant and multiple allegations were charged against her.

Ever since the news of the same broke out, netizens on social media wasted no time and began to ridicule Rhea with violent threats and hate messages. The actress released a video in reply to those already calling her the culprit behind Sushant’s demise. In the video, Rhea said, “I have immense faith in God and the judiciary. I believe that I will get justice, even though a lot of horrible things are being said about me in the media, I refrain from commenting on the advice of my lawyer as the matter is sub judice. According to the FIR, Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, parents, and Sushant’s manager Shruti Modi have been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal code – 306 (abetment to suicide). 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating), 506 (criminal intimidation), 120 (criminal conspiracy) – and also charged them under the Mental Health Care Act.

Missal Pav | Cooksmart | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A spicy preparation of sprouted brown and green gram served with pav



1 cup sprouted brown gram (matki)
1 cup sprouted green gram (moong)
Pav for serving
3 tbsps oil
1 medium onion
¼ tsp asafoetida
½ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp turmeric powder
10-12 curry leaves
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
3 green chillies
8-10 fresh coriander sprigs + for garnishing
½ cup farsan
2 tbsps finely chopped onion
Juice of ½ lemon


1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Finely chop onion.
2. Add asafoetida and mustard seeds to the pan and let the seeds splutter. Add onion, mix and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add turmeric powder, curry leaves, sprouted brown gram and sprouted green gram and mix well.
4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder and ginger-garlic paste, mix well and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add red chilli powder and mix well. Add 3 cups water and salt, mix, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Finely chop green chillies and add. Mix well, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
7. Roughly chop coriander sprigs and add. Mix well, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
8. Transfer missal into a serving bowl, top with farsan and chopped onion. Drizzle lemon juice, garnish with a coriander sprig and serve hot with pav.

Actress turned politician Smriti Irani took to social media to post a click of an old Femina magazine issue that featured her on the cover.

Smriti Irani has the perfect throwback Thursday treat for her online family. The actress-turned-politician became a household name for portrayal of Tulsi Virani in Ekta Kapoor’s long running television series, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.

Smriti took to social media to post a click of an old Femina magazine issue that featured her on the cover. Smriti expressed her acknowledgement to all the moms out there who treasure the special moments in their children’s lives.

While sharing the post, she revered a mothers’ eternal love that kids are blessed with forever.

Smriti wrote in caption, “When your Mom shares one from her stash of your photographs… you cherish not the image but the emotion … a Mom who keeps every paper cutting , school report, photograph … I’m sure you have one too , a mother you mean the world to #tbt #mom.” And added a heart emoji in the end.

Smriti is known to share special moments from the past, motivational and witty notes on her Instagram. To mark 20 years of KSBKBT, Smriti shared her first scene with her on-screen mother-in-law and extended heartfelt gratitude.

On the final day of Johnny Depp’s libel case against The Sun in London High Court, the actor’s lawyer claimed in the closing argument that the Pirates of the Caribbean star was the victim of invented allegations and physical violence from his former wife Amber Heard. Johnny Depp is suing the News Group Newspapers, and one of its journalists, Dan Wootton, over a 2018 article that called him a ‘wife-beater’.

Over the past three weeks, both Johnny Depp and Amber Heard presented evidence at the trial. While Depp claimed he had never been violent towards Heard or any other woman, Heard stuck to her testimony of Depp attacking her at least on 14 occasions, including punching, head-butting and throttling her. On Monday, her lawyer even called Depp “a hopeless addict”.

On Tuesday, Depp’s lawyer David Sherborne in his closing speech said that he (Depp) had been open about his use of drugs and alcohol, but Heard had played down her own consumption as well as her anger and jealousy issues. He added, “She is the abuser, not Mr Depp. He is no wife-beater,” and went on to call her a “wholly unreliable witness and, frankly, compulsive liar.”

After the hearing, actress and model Amber Heard interacted with media and broke down in tears after being called a compulsive liar in the court. “I travelled here to the UK to testify as a witness to assist the court. After obtaining a restraining order in 2016 and finalising my divorce, I just wanted to move on with my life. I did not file this lawsuit and, despite its significance, I would have preferred not to be here in court,” BBC News reported Heard as saying.
