Gajar – 1
Laung – 8 pcs
Elaichi – 3 hari wali
Dahi – 4 tbsp
Namak
Lal Mirch Powder – 2 tsp
Haldi – 1 tsp
Dhaniya Powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Oil / ghee – 2 tbsp
Pudina – 10-12 patte / 1 tsp powder
Pani 1 1/2 cup

Raita ke lie –
Dahi – 1 cup
Pani – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Curry Leaf – 3-4 patte
Hari Mirch – 1
Kheera – thora sa, kata hua
Namak – taste hisab se

Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast – (small pack)
Pizza Screen – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – much better than butter paper, and it is reusable –

Whipping Cream –
Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
Microwave – (not good)
