Ingredients
for chasni (sugar syrup)
sugar – 1cup
Water- 1 cup
Kewra water- 1tsp
saffron- 1 pinch
lemon or vinegar- 1/2tsp
Milk-1 tbsp (if your sugar is not clean so you can add milk and remove scum on surface of sugar syrup)
Jalibi ka maida( batter)-
Maida- 2cup (refined flour)
Water- 1/2 cup around
Urad dal-2 tbsp
