suji-250gm( 1 cup)
baking powder-1/2 tsp
salt- 1 tsp
oil- 3 tbsp
oil for deep frying .
chatpata paani-
water- 1.5 lit
tamarind(imli)-30gm
tatri(citric acid)-1 tsp( according to sourness you can increase or less)
roast cumin powder-1 tbsp
chilly powder- 1 tsp
garam masala- 1/2 tsp
hing- 1 tsp
black salt-2 tsp
amchur powder(dry mango powder)-2 tsp
salt- to taste
black pepper- 1 tsp
for green chutney paste-
green chilly- 4-5 nos
fresh coriander – 1 cup
fresh mint- 1/2 cup
ginger- 2 inch
