Chole / Dry Chickpeas – 1 katori
Sukha Amla – 7-8 tukde
Baking Soda / Meetha Soda – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Pani – 3-4 katori
Pyaaz – 1 big
Sukha Anardana – 1 tbsp

Oil – 3 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Kali Elaichi – 1
Hari Elaichi – 2
Laung – 2
Dalchini – 1″
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Chana Masala – 1 tbsp
Jeera Powder – 1 tsp
Kali Mirch Powder – ½ tsp
Dhaniya Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Tomato – 3 medium (paste bana lijie iska)
Adrak – 2” (lamba kata hua)
Hari Mirch – 2 (lambi kati hui)
Ajwain – ½ tsp
Pani – 2-3 katori
